"Take My Time" is a heartfelt ode to being young and love-drnk over the one who makes time stand still and nothing else matter. It's about wanting to give someone your most valuable asset, your time.

The costs of chasing my passion. Written alone in my basement, it reflects the sacrifices I make in relationships and with my own mental health due to an addiction to songwriting and a music career.

A warm, nostalgic song about a riverside cabin escape in the Norfolk County with my partner. This song captures my feelings of escape from the noise of the world and realization that my relationship has grown deeper than I noticed in day-to-day life.

The Smell of August

"The Smell of August" is a coming-of-age story about my desire to leave home and live out many different lives. As the journey unfolds, I consider what adventures I could accomplish across the country. This building anticipation finally slows in the end as memories of home and the feeling of an August day with my brothers begins to outweigh my pursuit of greatness.
